Shipping Policy
At Nagel Gladiolus Bulbs, we proudly extend to you the opportunity to acquire bulk quantities of our top-tier tulip and daffodil bulbs, straight from the source. This means you can access the epitome of bulb excellence at wholesale pricing, all while enjoying some of the most favorable shipping costs in the industry!
We only accept orders to ship within the Continental United States. You may request a ship date, and we will try to ship on or near that date (weather permitting).
Our carriers, UPS + FedEx, do not insure against freezing, therefore if you wish early shipment, you must assume all responsibility.
Our shipping season starts around mid-September (weather permitting) and ends October 25th. Shipments with UPS and FedEx require street addresses for delivery – NO P.O. Boxes.
If the tracking number provided indicates an order was delivered with proof of delivery and the package is missing, you will need to contact the carrier that delivered your package to file a claim. Please have your tracking number available when contacting the carrier.
Shipping is 15% of your order, flat rate for all areas we sell to.
Confirmation emails are sent with all orders placed. Please verify the shipping address is correct. If the address is incorrect, please contact our customer service department by phone with the corrections needed before the package is shipped. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is shipped before corrections are made, Nagel Glads will not be liable for reshipment to the correct address.
